Type your own words, or pick a Cuddle Monster to trace!
🧑🏫 Grown-up Setup
Therapists & parents: build a tracing activity below, then hand the device to your client.
Cursive here is a font choice (the Dancing Script display font, or your device's script font if it is not available) for tracing practice — not a handwriting curriculum, and the guide letters have no formation arrows or stroke order.
Changing these settings keeps any drawing on the page. Use 🧹 Clear to start fresh.
Tap a Cuddle Monster — it appears faded so your client can trace the outline.
Tap a comic panel or scene to trace. Black-and-white line art works best.
Crayon:
What this game helps with
Practice areas: tracing practice over faded guides — pre-writing strokes, fine-motor control, visual-motor coordination, and crossing the midline. The guides are outlines to trace; they do not include letter-formation arrows, stroke order, or a handwriting curriculum, and the game does not measure grasp or progress.
Tips: Start with large block letters and a thick crayon, then shrink the size as control improves. Cursive mode uses the Dancing Script display font (a font choice) to give joined, flowing shapes to trace. The monster & panel modes practise the same skills with motivating pictures. Tap once for a dot, drag for a line. Use 🖨️ Print guide for a blank paper worksheet, or 🖨️ Print completed work to print the drawing too.
